Sparkle is a hidden gem that I stumbled across! Stockhard Channing, with Anthony Head as her gay brother?! And the lead guy is doing her and her daughter! That's a crude explanation! But it's just a brilliant romantic drama, and I adore it!!
British film IS different but that's what I like so much about it. As for this one, it's definitely enjoyable but doesn't really offer anything new.
