As if the wrath of the mayor and other city officials aren't enough for Kent to contend with, even his moralistic mother (Lowry) is doing her best to get the Den O' Iniquity closed for good. Realizing that his only hope is to convince the locals that his club provides a valuable community service by giving the town eccentrics a place to gather in peace, Kent seeks out the advise of his father Shank Chubb (Foree). But just as Kent, his staff, and his father begin their push to save the club, a serial killer transforms the Den O' Iniquity into a bloody slaughterhouse.
