Plot: A young man finds out that his parents had been used in an atomic-weapons experiment shortly before he was born, and that the results have had some unexpected effects on him.
As much as I love Brad Dourif, he can't save this steaming pile. There's a few neat effects and a funny cameo from John Landis, but it ain't worth it.
This one's not too bad, for a very simple story. Basically a guy just keeps catching on fire due to the experiments done on his parents done by the goverment. There are some great performances here, especially by Dourif. Pretty creepy.
