I found it to be the series best, Stallone, (on a rare occasion indeed) plays a ridiculously crap villain, with three alter egos, a hippie, a nerd and a tough shit general. Your garunteed to never see Stallone do that again, same as youll never see George Cloony do a Stallone impression anywhere other than this movie. Good fun, could have been better, but meh, its good as is.

Justins Worst Bit: Not seeing something cool done with Carmens robotic hand, like crush a feeble head or something.
