August 9, 2007Yes. It lacks the "On the bounce!" of the Captroopers and rather than having them as small, well armed hit-and-run walking tanks, they're cannon fodder with pissy little assault rifles that bearly phase the arachnids.
Also nearly all of the political ideas Heinlein suggested were ridiculed in a rather disrespectful fashion (though some could argue that's not entirely unjustified :P) -

April 17, 2007Ya I wish they followed the book little more closely too that said the movie definitly went off on a tangent but still without the jump packs you just can't call them the mobile infantry.
