Rodgers' and Hammerstein's least creative lyrics "Our state fair is a great state fair...it's the greatest state fair in our state."
This is a very sweet musical. The acting is very pleasant and well cast. Charles Winninger and Fay Bainter are particularly good. Very enjoyable and charming, good songs, great production as well.
one of my fave musicals. Oklahoma is the best but this is the second. i just love the music and the story line

I absolutely love this movie! I don't care what anybody says about it. Dana Andrews and Jeannie Crain are amazing together and it's so romantic. One of my favorite movies of all time!
