Not even a good cast can save this shameful display of pretentiousness. Unimaginative and tedious collection of shorts.

Clearly a movie with this much star power does not equate to a good movie. Most of the short stories were bizarre or uninteresting. One of two of them were humorous if still odd, and one in particular was completely horrifying. Pretty much a waste of my life.

I love this short movie films. Some you can love and some you can hate. This was mostly average.

No, not really that inspiring or that interesting either. Good acting, sure, but poor scripts.

seems to be patchwork, not supposed to be an episodic film. additionally, most of the stories are boring.

short story time here with quite a few stars apearing in stories here, cate blanchet, james gandolphini, hugh jackman amung them, quite dreamlike in many places, and some interesting oones on show which do stand out, but not terribly great otherwise. made for tv.

Most of the stories weren't very interesting. The only one I really liked was the one with Hugh Jackman, with the people standing in front of a theatre (it was called Standing Room Only, I believe). But anyway, most of them just weren't terribly interesting.
