In this horror film, a psycho uses the handle "Captain Howdy." After Howdy abducts his daughter Genevieve, detective Mike Gage eventually captures him and sends him to the asylum. Released four years later, Howdy is hanged by a vigilante mob. Reborn as Carleton Hendricks, Howdy kidnaps Genevieve a second time.
