April 2, 2007Yes thats the guy, always chasing after victims but gets tired really easily, chats away to himself and always stands in gum. Quoting ' I gotta kill the kid with the gum'. One of the all time most stupidest funny movies made I think. Mind due I havent seen it since I was a kid, but have fond memories of lot of scenes.
