Uuugh! Another mindless Seagal movie. Vinnie Jones was the only really watchable part of this snorefest. Heres my question. . . If the movie is called 'Submerged', why is there less than 15 minutes spent on a submarine in the entire movie?!? Bad, even by Seagals standards.
