Ramsey's stay isn't peaceful because he has such a keen sense of justice, which he dishes out to muggers, reckless drivers, and even smart-aleck paper carriers. Stupid film, it?s the first of many of those kind of films made in the early 90's. The best of its kind mind so that's the only reason it gets a rating because the others won?t. I also like Christopher Lloyd and Hulk Hogan but this is not their finest hour

It's pretty sad that Surban Commando is Hogan's best movie. I don't even know why Christopher Lloyd was in it though. He's too talented to be in this.
