I'm not a Superman fan. I feel he's too dated, too powerful and too goody goody. One of my favourite graphic novels though was The Death of Superman. It showed him at his weakest without involving kryptonite. Superman Doomsday is an excellent animation. It has all the hallmarks o...( read more)

Superman: Doomsday is nothing that's going to send a wild hair up your ass--especially if you compare it to its dragged out comic book story counterpart. The animation's good but not groundbreaking, the fights are cool but only serious Superman fans need bother.

Interesting attempt but does not follow the comicīs script. Most of Supermanīs fans will be disappointed. There were some interesting shots and I liked the animation style proper of the Batmanīs and Supermanīs toons.
