Another flick Id heard such good things about & finally hunted down. Proust & JIrons... yes, yes. Luv JI & AD always.
Although rather slow, Schlondorff's vision of Proust's work is great, and the period is magnificently captured! Jeremy Irons and Ornella Muti, plus Alain Delon as Charlus!
