Not sure on the accuracy of the story, but it does entertain and provides interesting insight on the underground culture of hackers...plenty of humor, suspense and crisp acting.

Having seen the Real documentary on Kevin Mitnik (Freedom Downtime) watching this gives you the sense that the writers and staff of this movies took themselves way too seriously. The "hacks" presented in the movie are poor at best with a lot of creative freedoms taken. This is h...( read more)

The problem with hacker movies is that the actors never do a convincing job, especially to real hackers.

Great movie, skeet very believable as Kevin Mitnick. Really enjoyed this,one of his better movies.
