Temptation of Eve: A Good Wife is a Korean thriller from Kwak Jeong-deok that borrows concepts from Bitter Moon and Unfaithful.
The pacing of this 90 minute picture is moderate with a plot that does have its moments. A young film director encounters a beautiful woman and the two have an affair. Soon enough, he gets a call from a close friend who wants to hire him to spy on his wife. What do you know? She is the woman he had an affair with.

This whole film revolves around the 3 characters mentioned above with one other supporting character receiving a minimal amount of airtime. This makes the buildup of each of the characters rather easy, thus making the film easy to follow. There isn't anything much in the early going, but there are little twists and turns along the way. It is the final 20 minutes where things take a pretty big turn and the suspense kicks in. Not even the introduction, which is also part of the ending, can totally give away what happens.

The gorgeous Jin Seo-yeon is the star of the film and she does provide some upper and lower (from the rear) nudity on multiple occasions. Kim Tae-hyeon and Ahn Nae-sang put on OK performances and get better in the finale.

There is nothing really special about Temptation of Eve: A Good Wife, but this is a good watch for fans of these types of thrillers. Actually, Jin Seo-yeon is quite special.
