  This movie was horrible. It had it's moments, don't get me wrong, and I really enjoy watching Jordana Brewster on screen... but this movie was just too gory. It was blood and gore overkill and the sad thing is, now even the bad movies these days use "artsy shots" which makes me cringe even more.
  Plus... being that it is a prequel, I pretty much assumed they were all going to die. And what did they really explain in this movie? Was there a point to it other than watching dumb scenes trying to show how inbred and nasty this family is, and then watching everyone die??

  Im sorry to say but it's movies like this that enspire people who enact real life massacres on society and think they are invincible. Amazing how the devil plays his tricks on our minds. I am not into horrors and I think movies like this should be banned.
