Plot: In this satire (based on a true story) that skewers police priorities, terrorists in a Texas topless bar brag about their plans to use planes as flying bombs. And if strippers trusted cops, one of the...( read more  ) club's dancers might have prevented the Sept. 11 attacks that the CIA couldn't stop. This waggish film exposes the absurdity of a law enforcement system obsessed with the sex industry, a system that would rather investigate bombshells than bombers.
