Plot: Carl Reiner made this enjoyable romantic farce about a divorced couple who commence an affair at their daughter's wedding. Reiner lets the idea bounce around the story's setting and characters so that...( read more read more... ) the full comic effect of the illicit relationship can be felt more chaotically, building on its own irony. Bette Midler and Dennis Farina are quite believable and likable as the not-so-estranged-anymore couple, and Paula Marshall is very good as their exasperated daughter. Not a masterpiece, but one of Reiner's best films in years, with a distinctively European flavor to the comedy. The DVD release has a widescreen presentation, production notes, cast and crew bios, theatrical trailer, Dolby sound, optional Spanish and French soundtracks, and optional Spanish subtitles. --Tom Keogh

    That Old Feeling with Bette Milder and Dennis Farina is a funny film. Bette and Dennis have good chemistry together as a couple whom diveroced. Bette looks great in this film and it is worth watching....a good comedy involving two couples....one whom might just start something new and the other possible may rekindle "that old feeling."

    This movie I've been watching since I was around ... well since it came out. And I love it more and more. the jokes are always new with sutal twist.

    This movie is Fabulous, it's a comedy with a little bit of romance. Bette Midler and Dennis Farina were hilariously funny and they are brillant actors.

    My all time favorite romantic movie. I love Bette Midler. She's hillarious and enjoyable. The underlying plot between Paula Marshall and Danny Nucci is too wonderful!

    Not one of Bette Midlers' best but still funny at times comedy that has her feuding with her ex-husband throughout her daughters wedding weekend celebration. Not bad but forgettable.

    I love Danny Nucci! I laughed so hard at this movie. It's wonderful. Reminds me of some people I know, actually!
