It was ok, the ending really ruined it doh. just made everything seem pointless. I liked it a bit doh

I remember going to this when it came out in the theaters. 1985? I was 10 and thought it blew goat. don't think I will watch again.

Not only is it based on one of my favourite books, but it will probably always be one of those movies I will never stop loving, either.

Okay, I found this movie was almost nothing like the book and that was a disappointment. Also, I found the actors weren't that good, in fact, to me it seemed like they were forcing it so it looked fake.
