An amazing family classic film... loved all of it, although parts were quite scary... fitted in with the era, and the actors weere amazing... overall i enjoyed it and will definatly see it again it is a fanastic family classic! and would definatly reccommended it to all ages...

i was 8 when i first see this film and its been in my life ever since fell in love with lynn fredrick who died very young in real life, diana doors and lawrance nasmith where outstanding. very much a feel good film .
Very good film, one of my favourites growing up. Brilliant cast -- particularly Mr and Mrs Wickens, and Mr Blunden. Worth the watch...! And proud to say that I was the one who had it added to Flixster!
