  The Birds is the best horror movies of all time!

  Hitchcock was way ahead of his time on the special effects for the Birds.
  (children running from school scene)He took camera shoots of the actual birds flying overhead , then had birds flying in an all white room(going nuts.lol) and superimposed this image on top of the regular birds,then finally fake birds attacking. Also loved how Hitchcock wanted to keep everyone a little chilled about birds he never revealed why the birds went nutty.
  The final scene is very scary as you wonder what even the slightest move would cause the wacko birds to do.
  Talk about strength in numbers.
