    A young jockey Alec Ramsay (Richard Ian Cox) is with a beautiful black Arabian Stallion enter him in France's biggest race, the Prix de Chantilly with a horse trainer named Henry Dailey (Mickey Rooney).

    Love this movie very moving but then I love any horse movie but I have followed the Black on his adventures.

    *hmm* already raited and reviewed this one... Well this is what I wrote earlier: "Yes, loved it! I fell in love with the horse! And the story! And the adventure! It's a long time ago when I saw it, so I will see it again!" PS.... Couldn't find another (erlier) Black Stallion that Mickey Rooney has acted in, but I have this strange memory in the back of my head, that he played the role as young Alec...? The one (two) I reviwed is the 1979 version where Rooney appears as the trainer, Henry Dailey.
