All he wanted was to disappear. Instead, Jason Bourne is now hunted by the people who made him what he is. Having lost his memory and the one person he loved, he is undeterred by the barrage of bullets and a new generation of highly-trained killers. Bourne has only one objective: to go back to the beginning and find out who he was. Now, in the new chapter of this espionage series, Bourne will hunt down his past in order to find a future. He must travel from Moscow, Paris and London to Tangier and New York City as he continues his quest to find the real Jason Bourne—all the while trying to outmaneuver the scores of cops, federal officers and Interpol agents with him in their crosshairs. It was ok but really over-hyped! I promise I will never watch another film with Julia Stiles in it for the rest of my life, she?s fucking awful!

Definitely one of the BEST movies you're going to see this summer. Having said that I've to remind viewers that Greengrass the director of the film owes a HUGE thanks to Inarritu (director of films like Amores Perros, Babel and 21 Grams) who introduced the shaky cam whose style t...( read more)his film overemphasizes. Having said that, Bourne series is a rare type of film where the action does not ignore the character development and here Bourne's identity is finally brought to the fore and all loose ends tied. Now that doesn't mean there won't be a fourth part; I for one believe that Bond is dead (given its stupid plots and ridiculous gadgets) but Bourne is the new Bond and will last a LONG time to come. Catch it in theaters and don't forget to strap on your seatbelt. This is ONE HELLUVA RIDE!

Never been too keen on the Bourne movies, spy stuff just isn't my cup of tea. This third in the trilogy is probably the better one I think, some really good action scenes and chase sequences. Its done very well and you can feel the tension as Bourne races to find out his true self.

The best of the Bourne trilogy and one of the best action films of the decade, the Bourne Ultimatum is an ultimate in action movie experiences. Matt Damon has transformed the character of Bourne in three films from a troubled assassin without an identity, to a action hero of such...( read more) precise perfection in evasion and invasion, deception and investigation it puts Mr Bond to shame. A film that goes through locations like heart-beats, from Moscow to Madrid to Morocco, London, Paris and New York, Bourne Ultimatum is a global adventure that reflects the high mobility and inter-connectedness of today?s small globalized world. A post 9/11 thriller that is smarter than your average explosion filled action film, a battle of determination that blurs the line between moral aims i.e. protecting the country and immoral means i.e. torture, assassination and indiscriminate murder. David Strathiam blurs these lines representing the ruthless evil within the good government represented by Joan Allen, both in thoroughly convincing performances. But Bourne Ultimatum does have the goods where action films are concerned with incredible chase, fight and suspense scenes that will have you on the edge on your seat. A mind-blowing ride intellectually and visually.

Matt Damon . . . has definitely found a niche where he looks good. True, he can act -- he's way better than Affleck -- but anything where acting actually overshadows action would be a stretch even for him. This is all action and it's . . . interesting, but it's not anything wor...( read more)th going out of your way to watch. For the times, with so many great action movies out there, this is pretty average. And now he's going to do another one . . .

We all see these movies because men secretly want to be spies. Matt Damon shows us how we could all be one secretly and none of the people around us would ever know. You'll leave this movie wanting to be a spy and talking about the fight sceenes

The thing about sequels and threequels is that if the first movie in the series was brilliantly ingenius, they have a lot to live up to. The Bourne franchise is one of the few which has been almost equally as good as each other. Paul Greengrass' take on Bourne can be slightly har...( read more)sh on the eye at time, as his technique uses shaky cameras and a lot of harsh angles. But ultimately, you even can forget about the fact that the movies are completely divergent from the books because the movies are so good in their own right. A cracking ride.
FAVOURITE MOMENT ~ The scene that comes in when Jason is on the phone with Pamela Landy (Allen), a scene that was hinted at in The Bourne Supremacy. This is just clever scriptwriting.

Well made and excellent executed paranoid spy thriller with lots of intense action and spectacle, but also a lot of substance too. The nerd in me likes the fact that the birthplace of a certain character is a small town that's no more than 15 miles from where I live. I can't reco...( read more)mmend this one enough-it's just fabulous.
