I didn't really understand the movie but iI understand if you went in the past and change things your life in the future would be changed and you would be the only one with the meories of how it was suppose to turn out
Le concept du film est trop fou! C'est le meilleur rôle d'Ashton Kutcher. C'est effrayant, incroyable, c'est ŕ voir! Pour ceux qui ont vu les deux fins, c'est weird...
A movie that should have gotten much better critics. From all three endings that exist, I prefer the "sad" one. It's also Ashton Kutcher's best performance in a movie so far.
There is just one word two describe this movie, Wow. This movie is extremely clever, and I can't even begin to think of how much thought someone must have put into the creation of such a mindbottler. After seeing this movie, I don't know if it was because of this movie, but I couldn't sleep for 3 days! I think it was because this movie is so overwhelming and moving. It definately makes you think of times you wish you could have changed from the past or have you wondering if you did "this or that" then would things be different or better from the way they are now. This was practically a thriller. I thought it was great. I would love to watch it again, it would probably make more sense that way. Although, I can't help wondering what would happen if he would have just stayed in one of the newer worlds he would have created or what would have happened if he wouldn't have went back to the past. Well I guess his dad wasn't so crazy after all right? It was kinda sad too how the psycic said that he didn't have a soul and then he ended up killing himself to save Kayleigh, and I suppose that was the most heartfelt action yet. But still, very sad. Although the movie ended happily for everyone else, this was definately not a peaceful ending. Overall, I thrououghly enjoyed this movie, and I liked how it had a fast past and kept the viewer entranced wanting to know more.
I'm sorry, but I just don't believe that a whole hallway full of people would bust out laughing at a guy with no arms or legs as he pitches headfirst out of his wheelchair in the throes of a spastic seizure. Maybe one sadistic ignoramus would laugh at that, but everyone in the hallway? No.
A very deeply involved plot in this one. Aston Kutcher is amazing and the directing = phenomenal. An excellent thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Literally. A must for one that truly appreciate film making.
AHHH BRILLIANT. its one of those movies where you watch it the first time, and you just want to watch it again and again and again. but the second time it just isnt as good coz you know what happenes next :(
Gonna love Ashton in this one. He did a great acting job in my opinion. The abiliy for creator to come up with so many different "realities" for each jump was great.
The violence is almost unbearably depressing, but pretty much everybody turns in a good performance. The faux-intellectualism is a little trying, but they keep it to a mere plot device. And there's no way the plain-looking teenage girl turns into the smokin' hot Amy Smart. An ultimately rewatchable movie. But if you get the DVD, make sure you choose the theatrical cut.
Never thought this movie would turn out great! I've always liked movies that have surprising endings and this is one of those! Didn't like the casting for the young actors though.. expected prettier ones! haha
This movie was intriguing to say the least. Ashton Kutcher played an outstanding role as Evan. In college one day he realizes that he can go back in time. As soon as he does realize this he keeps trying to change the past, having a rather bad childhood. But, each time he does this, something turns out disastrous.
It was rather confusing; to me at least. Because it was him in college, but then showed him at a psych ward.
Whether he was like his father, who claimed he could go back in time as well, or not isn?t exactly a hard concept to decipher, though it seemed so in the movie. The doctors thought that Evan's father was crazy but was he really? I, for, one, believe that he was. Humanly, it is impossible to change past events or to alter the future. Evan, he probably inherited the same mental illness that his father, Jason, had.
The blackouts that happened to Evan were probably from the trauma of not having a dad. Of knowing that his dad was crazy. Or, maybe he blacks out during traumatic experiences, as a natural defense of his mine not wanting to endure and remember such experiences.
Well, anyways, this movie was fantastic. Even though it was quite confusing, I loved it.
[[Only people that have seen the movie, will know what I am talking about.]]
Extremely intelligent and well thought-out! Concentration is the key! All the twists Ashton Kutcher has to face... phew! He's so clever (his character)! And the blanks in his childhood, well thats something. The mystery and suspense are built up well - A deserving watch... if you get it! Amazing!
