One of my more favourite disaster films of the 70's as there is so much more going on than just a runaway train. The train crash at the end is a bit harsh though.

Great turn-the-screws thriller with a terrific cast. Made back when they could still get away with that and not bleed money.

A really entertaining and gripping movie, the first half is spent working out who is on whose side, and the second half is full of tense action as the story reaches a climax in a race against time to save the passengers on a doomed train journey!

I like this because it's an old movie, yet there's nice suspense in the air.
