What's worse is that Massie Block, the most popular girl at OCD is out to make Claire's life miserable...and it doesn't help that Claire is living in her guest house. Massie and her friends Alicia Rivera, Kristen Gregory, and Dylan Marvil, will do whatever it takes to destroy Claire. What they don't realize, however, is that Claire won't take all their tormenting lying down, and when she finally has enough, Massie just might lose her throne at OCD.

    I suppose for a tween movie it was okay. It reminded me of the movie "Mean Girls" except in this one, the mean girls have a change of heart in the end. Themes are excessive consumerism and reckless spendthrift, shallowness, vanity, wealth, attitude, bullying and jealousy. There w...( read more)as a good moral message for preteen girls: be yourself, money can't buy you happiness, and true friends love you for who you are.

    I have read the book, although only the first one, and I read it translated to Swedish for some reason. I'm usually not a big fan of books about selfish rich girls, not that I have anything against the storyline. It's just that those books never really affect me in a good way and...( read more) it never really seems to reach me passionately.
    I found the movie a lot better than the book and I enjoyed it a lot more than I'd expected. It was funny and you start to feel a lot more for the characters in the movie than you did in the book. So, I must admit that I really enjoyed this movie! It was entertaining from start to finish and always kept you hooked.

    I remember reading these books and thinking: Wow.They should really make a movie out of this and they did! :D haha I love the clothes in tihs movie!![[Except Clarie's!]]

    i cannot wait to see this movie. i love the books. the actresses don't look how i expected the characters to but, the movie still looks really good.
