May 14, 2008Not as polished, obviously as the later ones, but that adds to the fun of watching it. Groucho wasn't fully developed as a persona for the screen, nor was Chico, although Harpo is fairly consistent. Still lots of fun, and I did giggle quite a bit throughout. Haha.

July 29, 2007The Marx's first movie may be rough around the edges (it was an early talkie), but it's worth checking out. Some classic bits (Why a duck?) and Margaret Dumont being herself.
