January 2, 2007I really liked this, it's entertaining and Newman puts in a good performance. It does lack the depth of a lot of Scorcese's films and I don't think it was the most faithful sequel to The Hustler in terms of style though.

September 6, 2006Paul Newman is fantastic in his classic role frome The Hustler. One of his performances. A superb flick. Scorsese delivers another well crafted film. Brilliantly acted, teriffcially written and wonderfully shot.
