an italian disaster. it makes me think a little bit of the coen brothers "the man who wasn't there" in the sense that the main character has things happen to him rather than him causing things to happen in his life. only the coen brothers pulled it off. paolo sorrentino did not

A brilliant and stylish film from Italy. Toni Servillo does a great job as the miserable and deadpan Titta di Girolamo. The camera techniques and soundtrack Paolo Sorrentino uses both pay off. Definitely a director to keep an eye on.

It's awsome!! The screeplay is really well studied and everything works as it has to do. It's one of those films that you continue to think of a lot after they've ended!
