In the aftermath of the unnerving incident, tollgate worker Ji-yeon confides her fears in colleague Joon-sook, who informs her of a frightening incident that occurred in the area twelve years prior. A prison transport vehicle had been en route to the penitentiary when it caused a massive traffic accident killing every convict aboard. But when rescue workers arrived at the scene, some of the corpses had simply vanished. Every four years since the accident, on February 29th, a murder occurs near the tollbooth. As the date draws near, Ji-yeon realizes that she is being shadowed by her doppelganger, and experiences a series of strange occurrences. When February 29th arrives and Jong-sook becomes the latest victim of the curse, Ji-yeon enlists the aid of two detectives in solving the bloody mystery once and for all. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi
