Is This Over? If I were Chris Nolan,I would easily shot myself.....coz everything on the Joker has been perfect & he just left suddenly on half way......they better have arranged to continue...shooting....or else...

I hope people don't see this movie just because Heath Ledger was in it.

And just because he's dead now, they'll go and see it.

Can't wait. Ledger looks like he's nailed The Joker. Harvey Dent's story is apparently going to be the backbone of the film, looking forward to seeing Aaron Eckhart's performance and his transformation into Two Face!!

I have a greater anticipation built up around this movie than I have ever had for any other film- EVER. The more I see of Nolan's second foray into the dark back alleys of Gotham City, the more I WANT to see. I initially had concerns about the story structure and character development, mostly because, unlike the first film, this is not an origin movie with a clearly defined character arc (grief, anger, Batman); where could things go for our already-established hero? But Nolan, God bless him, isn't taking the easy way out with Batman (that Burton already took years ago), focusing not just on the Joker, but on how Bruce Wayne copes with the escalating conflict that his alter-ego inspires. And while I had my reservations that the scope of the film might not be as epic as the globe-trotting Batman Begins, the full-length trailer has effectively put all my fears to rest (especially in regards to Heath Ledger's dead-on creepy Joker). The Dark Knight WILL kick ass- and I can't wait to see it!

looks like Nolan and Bale made another great movie from what i have seen in the previews. i think the only competition this movie will get this summer will be the Incredible Hulk, starring Edward Norton.

chowmit, in the original "batman", the joker's going "come on, you gruesome son of a bitch. come to me" then he starts laughing. batman's flying the batwing here. in the "dark knight", batman's on the batcycle (i think that's what it is) and the joker goes "hit me". the batcycle swirves past Joker. either he meant to miss the joker or the joker threw something at Batman to make him swirve

I just saw the trailer from the beginning credits of I Am Legend, like most fans. Now, for everyone else that has seen it, read on. But for people that haven't, i advise you not to becuase this will contain scenes from the trailer i don't wish to spoil with anyone.
    Ok.
Something in the trailer caught my eye. At the end, when Bruce is racing down towards joker down the street on the batpod thingy, The joker is shooting a shotgun at him, yelling: "Hit me!" Am i wrong? If im right, i'd like to point out that they are redoing the scene in the first movie when batman flies down in his plane and the joker shoots it down, also yelling "Hit me!". To me the two scenes seem very familiar and i think they are remaking it. Just thought i'd point that out.

I have a funny feeling Heath Ledger wont be that good as The Joker, Jack Nicolson played him really well, but i hope for the best

hmmm... haven't we learned from Spiderman 3 that one villian is enough for a film? Anyhoo I hope aaron eckhart does a good job as twoface(Harvey Dent). I'm also a little bit skeptikal about heath ledger as the joker. I hope I'm proven wrong though
