July 18, 2008I so hate to say this, but i thought it was just good. Not amazing or incredible, just good. There were a couple of funny parts, and yes Heath did a good job (although i don't think it is worth an oscar), and the effects were great, but still, just good. It was very entertaining though!

Everything I had hoped for, and exponentially more. If the Academy were EVER to recognize a superhero movie, this would be the one. They had BETTER recognize Heath Ledger's unbelievable turn as the Joker- no other character in cinema has filled me with this much fear and dread yet had me laughing hysterically before.
If you haven't yet, SEE IT. Then see it again. -

July 18, 2008I bet only 2% of people that have actually seen this that rated it on Flixter, I'm just glad I'm one of those small amount of people. Posers who rate things before seeing it, it's really not cool in any aspect

Went and saw it at midnight was not dissapointed. One of the best movies I've seen. Heath Ledger did a great job of playing the Joker.

July 18, 2008OMG.The DarkKnight was absolutely superb!!..id giv it 6 stars rating..its the best movie ive seen in a long time.Just wen u tink u got the plot the movie has another twist to it. Amazing work by heath ledger..absolutely amazing..now i cant picture anyone else playing the jokers part apart from him..the joker was superb in the movie better than in the comics could ever had described him..i was totally blown by the performance. The movie in all was incredible the action scenes and everything..cant wait for the third installments..RIP..HEATH LEDGER!!!!!!

July 18, 2008I saw the movie tonight at 12:30, no I'm not spoiling it, but I will say this...
Just because of the fact that Heath Ledger did the most greatest, unbelievable job portraying the Joker, is why this movie gets 5 stars. The Joker in The Dark Knight makes this not like any other Batman, Superman, Spiderman,, or any other superhero movie you can think of. If anybody else were to have played the Joker, it would not have been an amazing movie that it was. In fact, it's the first time that my favorite character is the villain. While watching the movie, during scenes with Batman himself, I'd just ask when is the Joker coming up again. i could not put into words how amazing it is, you will really have to go see yourself to understand what I'm trying to say. RIP Heath Ledger. -
July 18, 2008Absolutely Amazing movie! Movie of the Decade in my opinion. Heath Ledger, Aaron Eckhart and Gary Oldman give phenomenal performances. WOW! Everyone...go out and see it immediately!

July 16, 2008Not an over-hyped film at all. This is a piece of cinematic brilliance. Best 2 and 1/2 hours of my life almost. Heath Ledger is brilliant!
