Unfortunately for this film (and the viewer) its the wrong way round. It starts off brilliantly and then just wilts. It also gets a little schmaltzy. The part with the wolfs annoyed me most, it was pointless and very badly done. Still, probably Roland Emmerich's best film so far!

Total effects flick with very little else really, its not a enviromental message as what happens in this film will probably happen again in the earths life simply due to age and the process of the universal cycle, we cant change it.

Started off pretty good but the ending was rather normal, of course they would get saved.
It would have been better on a much bigger screen than i had. But still amazing in it's special effects and realistic. Except for the wolves being on the boat.
