Talky and intellectual sex comedy with middle-aged men & women talking and talking about sex and fidelity. Could be a french movie, but it is canadian, actually.

A quiry sex comedy. There's no sex, per se, just some dirty talk and some suggestive off-screen goings-on. But if you learn to like the characters, you'll probably enjoy this blunt battle of the sexes. But despite rave reviews, it's hardly the second coming (pardon the pun).

Quelques bonnes réflexions sur l'Empire américain... mais le reste n'étant que sexe et discussions sur le sexe... je n'ai pas trop aimé, non. Les Invasions Barbare était nettement meilleur, et méritait ses prix !

I had to study this at University. The only thing I remember is someone pissing blood and a bus full of old people going on journey as a metaphor for dying. Utter shite!

Most certainly the best French-Canadian director, fascinating work on the modern history of North America and the existential distress that some of us feel toward it.
