In-One-Sentence : Welcome to the Meryl Streep's show!

    Bigger Picture
Andrea is a small-town girl in her first job out of college, who tries to navigate the waters of the high-powered fashion magazine world -- while surviving her impossibly demanding new boss, Miranda Priestly.

The Review : Devil Wears Prada,is a stunning real-adaptation,geniously portraying the well-known sadistic Vogue editor,Anna Wintour,in the form of Meryl Streep.Devil Wears Prada is so far so good,in almost 2 years of it's release, there's no film that could lift up such a charm from Manolo Blahnik,New York, and Fendi Bag,as it is.
Devil Wears Prada is a divine comedy snack, with devilishly delicious Meryl Streep and true underdog story of fashion survivor,Andrea Sachs.

The Devil wears Prada catapulted Meryl Streep after her mischevious role in Manchurian Candidate,or else,Lemony Snickets,as The Queen of Comedy.Meryl Streep is made a show of her own,a full 2 hours of Miranda Priestly's yawn and impossible demand, which for us is an endless fun.She doesn't make Miranda Priestly so monstrous or else, she made the character sadistic from the inside instead, she played it cool, quiet, and striking as she blink her eye away. While,Anne Hathaway took a 180 turn from her performance in Princess Diaries, and from now on,who's Princess Mia Themopolis?Anne Hathaway IS Andrea Sachs ,a girl who can tamed down The Dragon Lady herself.

Another cleansweep from this movie is from screenwriter,Aline Brosh McKenna, who delightfully brought us into the fantasy world of The Devil Wears Prada, with ever-so-chic dialogue, like,"You sold your soul the day you put on that first pair of Jimmy Choo's!".The Screenwriter also chop down the story of Andrea's father, boyfriend, and personal life. And take us into the irresistible drama full of clever dialogue, and decent story of Andrea Sachs try to take down Miranda Priestly.
The second-unnoticed cleansweep, is from Oscar-Nominee Patricia Field, the fabulous Costume Designer from Sex&The City, for brought a lavish parade of clothes and Jimmy Choo's in the movie.

Devil Wears Prada is almost sell in everything, the story, the clever script,well-developed characters, and the superticious parade of clothes and bags.Meryl Streep is guaranteed to bang you down as Miranda Priestly, the role that gave her 13th Oscar's nomination.Devil Wears Prada is Streep's show, and a great story about sex, lies, struggle, and fashion in very high-end way.An extremely delicious comedy.

The 360 Spin : Meryl Streep conquered the role down, hail The Queen!

Based on a best selling novel,
Devil wears prada offers a refresh looks of fashion world in my eyes!

The story is catchy, a secretary who manage to try her best to cope up with her crazy, selfish, and bossy boss!

    Perfomance:
Miranda prestly played by Meryl Streep is genuinely guilty pleasure character ever!
i loved her, she is so cunning that i fell for her the first time (ofcourse the character.)

Anne hathaway, surpasses her 'Princess diaries' era.
    she did good job.
and dont forget the charming, Emily blunt..

Direction: dragging in the last part of the movie, over all satisfying.

    9/10.

Featuring some of the ugliest clothes...If that's fashionable, I would rather be poor and shop at the mall.

I liked this movie a lot. Anne Hathaway has grown so much and become quite the actress. Meryl Streep is also the perfect "villain" she makes it look so easy and manages to remain flawless while doing it.

It's was okay, Streep is wonderful as usual. Blunt is great. Hathaway is good at playing the out of place character. Overall the film felt like it was missing something.

Since Meryl Streep is awesome, this movie is almost the same. It definitely caught my attention, perhaps because of the good choice in actors. Solid story; the ending was also well done.

I thought that Meryl and Anne were brilliant in this movie. Anne's character really blossomed throught the film and I bet that other girls out there in the world trying to find what they want to do with their lives can relate to Andrea. Meryl is once again amazing and beautiful. Good film.
