This movie really didn't need to be made. It's suppose to be a prequel to the story that only ends up messing up the time line. They throw Willie and Harland in for star appeal and it doesn't exactly do anything besides show they were desperate to try and capitalize on a piece of...( read more) history. It's one rude joke or innuendo after the other that never fire correctly. You are better of just re watching the previous Dukes of Hazzard movie with Johnny and Sean.

If you're one of the fans of the TV series that saw the 2005 movie and hated it, give this one a chance. As someone who grew up watching the original series, I tell you that this movie does it better justice. The roles are casted better and the story actually has a bit of heart. It's still got a lot of sexual humor and pointless boobs, though...

I agree it was not as good as the tv series or the first movie but for a lower budget B movie it was very good the cast was good it had a few good actors and even the no name actors were pretty good! I liked it!!

this movie was shit..i wanted ot turn it off!! I love the Dukes of Hazzard the show but neither movies do it justice but if u compare the two movies the first one (with jessica simpson) was better!! Everyone in this movie was a slut and i agree daisy and lulu were WAY to skinny!! But i still love the General Lee!!!

I was very unhappy with this film...it's just not believeable, and doesnt even compare to the original Dukes of Hazzard from the 70s. In this film, the accents are way too fake, Lulu and Daisy are too thin and too slutty. I just didnt like how they took the Dukes and ruined it! They should get the old cast back to train em in or something...
