In the small-town of Fibbia, Massachusetts, Dr. Dreck and Moaner entertain their viewers with ghoulish antics in between the commercial breaks. When the popularity of Dr. Dreck and Moaner's show forces grand dame Louise Morgan off the air, the stage is set for a horror host battle royal.
