One of the better recent vampire flicks with a good storyline and likeable characters. Pretty impressive and worth a look.

One of my favorite indie vampire flicks ever. Combines road movie and a vampire pack on the hunt, and I don't mind the protagonists' corny buddy scenes tacked in because the vampires are so cool and hard in comparison.

Definitely worth a watch if you just want an entertaining horror flick.

This was a okay vampire film. Brendan Fehr is good in this as the vampire hunter. It could have some better actor's for the vampire roles.

Another super sexy Vampire movie that shows not only their lust for death and blood but their lust for the flesh!

As far as vampire flicks go, this was mild and tamed and not that impressive, the acting was lacking but on the other hand I have seen these young actors do great acting in other movies, so won't give up on them yet

I don't like vampire films for the most part, due to cheesiness factors, but this movie isn't that bad. Simple plot, decent acting, and a mid-line ending make me recommend it to all those who didn't like Lost Boys.

THE FORSAKEN is a throwback to such 1980s classics as THE LOST BOYS, NEAR DARK, and THE HITCHER. While it's not nearly as good as those three flicks, it certainly is an interesting and occasionally intriguing picture. The Forsaken" is a fast-paced vampire flick obviously influenced by Kathryn Bieglow's "Near Dark".The film features a decent amount of blood and nudity. The acting is fine, unfortunately "The Forsaken" is never scary.Still if you want to kill some time give it a look.

Inviting comparison to Kathryn Bigelow's 1987 cult hit Near Dark, and derivative of The Hitcher and a half-dozen other films, The Forsaken is nevertheless a gritty little B movie that succeeds on its own modest terms. There's not

OK movie about vampire killers, on the run and serching for the 5 master vamps left since the other few were killed several hundred years ago. They find one....but is he the one that they are looking for to become human again and stop the infection?.....Guess you'll have to watch to find out! (And the Vamps are hot in this....aren't they always?)

I really can't explain why I love this movie. I consider it an off-shoot of the whole Supernatural thing.

OMG this vampire is so hot lol...But to be serious now, this vampire movie was actually one of the best vampire movies that I have seen...There should be less sex scenes in it though but that makes up for it with the blood scenes very messy!

I totally recommend this to Slash/yaoi fans. Vampires are the virus&curse type. Sean picks up a clever hitchhiker (Nick) that turns out to be a vampire hunter. Nick is looking to kill one of the original vampires to cure himself before he turns. I'm a big Sean/Nick shipper. :) The girls really more of a side character with few lines. The boys really only have eyes for each other. ;)

Not a great film even if I do give it the rating I have. I just love Vampire flicks and this rates as one of my favs for an unknown reason - there is just something about it.

It could not be more generic in all its aspects: young heroes (and idiots), damsels (stupid) in danger and (stupid) boring villains, all of them imitating to his contrapartes in previous tapes, and acting as if they were in the house of frights of some carnival of second?

This movie is rubbish, and I know it's rubbish, but I can't stop watching it. You know how you can hate a good movie because it has an actor you hate in it? This is the opposite situation. I love Jonathan Schaech as the villain and I'm willing to sit through this slightly repetitive and momentarily preachy rubbish to see him. I also kind of liked Brendan Fehr in this. I should start a support group for people who can't stop watching J.S. Cordone's atrocious movies. Respect my addiction!

Loved Kerr in Dawson's Creek, loved Brendan in Roswell. The storyline for the film was good. I can't put my finger on why I don't absolutely love this movie. I like it but don't love it.

Brendan, Kerr and vampires... Oh my... But seriously, not a bad vamp flick but not something I would class as a classic.

The cast in this movie, surprisingly, is prett good. The vamps and the hunters, on both sides, are great. I really liked the ending, even though it left it open for a sequel. Wish there would have been one

Largely forgettable cheap n' cheesy 90s action horror. The Forsaken mines the same territory as Near Dark, treating bloodsuckers as a special brand of outlaws. Most mythology is cast to the wind, perhaps to maintain the action momentum for its (largely immature) audience. Acted as well as one could expect from a no-name cast with minimal budget, The Forsaken is watchable, but nothing in comparison to, say, From Dusk Till Dawn.
