I could never guess how her husband put up with her crazy antics for so long. He was so soft. She was such a sick woman. Killing all of her foster kids like that. I mean, come on... How can you wash a child's skin with oven cleaner??? Psycho much?

It's actually much better than the original!! Surprisingly good for being a B-list movie with B-list actors. To tell you the truth I really liked it!! The acting was really strong!! Angie Harmon was reaaaaaaaaally impressive, her performance was excellent, I really bought her evilness and bitchyness. Bobby Colema is just sweetest, cutest kid ever! and Jason London... ufffff!!!! hahaha the guy gets better every year, I would've like to see more of him, but by the end when he gets his gun mmmm! haha! HOT! anyways those are just plus points, back to the movie: The plot was close to the original but definitely much more developed and in a better way. The direction was good, the way it was shot was sick! for a B movie.

This movie the events in the movie would be too traumatic for both children had it happened in reality. The actress who played the "good" mother was convincing. She played her part well and the end result was pretty good.

Angie Harmon is one of my faves. She was a bit creepy in this movie, but she played the part well. I liked it anyway.

Required viewing for any up and coming stepdad. Just trust me. NOTE: the movie currently featured is not the Diane Keaton & Liam Neeson movie--something got screwed up here w/ Flixster b/c my list used to show the correct one. Rent the Diane Keaton one.

I have compared my life to this movie for years. It sticks in your heart and won't let go. That, and you get to see Liam Neeson naked.
