Let me take a guess, you are only watching the crappy hollywood 'horror' films? Spread your horizons, make sure you rent films from different countries, such as The Devils Backbone....and especially Japanese horror films such as The Eye and A Tale of Two Sisters.

the grudge was such a good movie it was scary but the 2nd 1 was more scary but after watching this 4 the 1st time i was scared to take a shower cuz i thought that the hand would pop out of my head like it did 2 karen

You should probably only see this if you believe and have respect for the ghosts of the dead. Otherwise you will probably just complain and annoy everyone.
