I thought that the Hitcher II was just about as good as the original. And, yes, I know that I'm in the minority. But it was very entertaining, and had some very suspenseful moments.

Yeah...Busey is TOO scary as a hitcher. He's too freaky looking and insane. Didn't really like the movie, I tried, but it just wasn't working.

The young man who survived the fist hitcher is now a police office who still bares the scars from the past.....He hits the highway with his girlfriend only to be confronted by the same scenario I did not want to see the second hitcher film for fear it would not stand up to its pilot. I was right.

Same guy goes back to the road he drove years ago. And he comes in the smae situation back then! He doesnt want to pick a guy up but his girlfriend who doesnt know what happend years ago wants it, after a few words he gives u and they pick up this guy named Jack.
And this guy Jack is ssoooo scary hahaha -
