A great romantic comedy. One of the best I've seen right up there with Love Actually. It has a great cast and just has a quality feel about the whole film. A very entertaining feel good film. So if you normally avoid rom-coms you may have missed out on this little gem.
A good little switcheroo movie. Diaz sings badly but is still cute. Winslet plays a homebody opening up to new experiences well. I don't know about Law, he doesn't stand out to me. And Black is a favorite of mine specifically for these more subdued roles.

I have mixed feelings about this movie. In the end I liked it and I really liked the relationship that formed b/w Jack and Kate and Jude's performance was good, but I didn't like Cameron's performance and to me it actually took so much away from the film, it left me undetermined...( read more)
I surprised myself and I can?t quite believe I am going to say this, but I really enjoyed this from start to finish. Cameron Diaz was uncharacteristically funny.

C'est un film sweet et touchant que j'ai beaucoup aimé regardé, j'ai adoré les personnages (la fille de L.A. hyper occupée avec le père célibataire, la pauvre fille et le loser qui s'amusent avec un vieil homme!?). C'est bizarrement parfait!
As I didn't have very high hopes for this film, it meant I was pleasently surprised with how good it actually it. In fact it is above just "Good" and i'm appaled anyone could give it lower.
