The first half of the movie it's quite catchy, but the end it'a a little bit too cheesy for me....and predictable. Good acting though!

March 10, 2008Jude was gorgeous, but he always is, in all ways possible. You could even feel a beautiful and sentimental little fatherly vibe going off around the kids. But I agree with that other poster - Cameron Diaz is about as loveable as a sharp rock. She seemed so emotionless and cold. Everything looked like it was stuffing up her day, even the kids, which made me dislike her.
Big thumbs up for Jude who is an amazing actor in his passion and versatility, but big thumbs down for how much Diaz managed to sink the film to something a bit uncomfortable.
Loved that beautiful little cry from Jude!!! Sigh.. -

a hoiday like that is just what i need! lol.
actually i exremely relate to kate's character in this movie. every single word that escaped her mouth about love or the things her friends told her is the same with me.
but yet i wanted the guy that cameron had.

July 20, 2007Everything is just awful and is the most sickest thing i've ever seen! And also for making England look so glamourous, this is set in a fantacy land. Bless Kate Winslet for trying to pull this out of the water, but apart from that...IT'S SHITE!!!

It's one of those cuddly, feel good movies. Simply charming! As is Jude Law and his sexy accent! ;)

May 18, 2007The beginning made me resent Winslet for having played this role cause I kept thinking Renee Zellwegger and Hugh Grant, but changed my mind as the movie played out. I'm a huge Jack Black fan, but not convinced he and Winslet were a good pair. I love Cameron Diaz, and she was wonderful in this movie. Winslet & Black's scene in the video store was cool. Funny cameo.

May 12, 2007this trailer seriously needs a makeover from Amanda. it made it seem really making-a-movie-out-of-nth but it was really gr8. awesome acting on cameron & kate's behalfs. luved the way cameron was able 2 express frustration thru actions & kate thru expression & words. interesting detail abt amanda's inability 2 cry.
PS how come kate seems 2 b a brunette on the poster but seems 2 remain blonde throughout the movie????? =] lol XD -

In the scene where Jude Law and Cameron Diaz are in bed together, they're laying on yellow and white striped sheets (with one little brown streak inbetween). I need to know what these sheets are called, where you can get them from, and how much they cost. If anyone knows anytihng can you please comment back to this. It could cost me a lot of money if I don't find them.

May 3, 2007Amazing! Amazing! Absolutely Brilliant. The soundtrack is excellent for this movie and suits the characteres. When Jack Black is playing the music for Arthur and for Iris it sounds like people are actually singing only their not. And the music he is playing sounds like the character. i LOVE this movie, its excellently done. One of the best romantic movies i have ever seen. You can relate to the characters and how they're feeling because most people have been through that type of relationship. I know its just a movie but far out, its awesome. I could talk about this movie all day, i love it, brilliant! Couldnt have been done better! 10 out of 10!

if you like a good chick flick i would reccomend u watch it because the whole movie is about sappy love moments ... personally though i thought the movie sucked, it was completely pointless

April 25, 2007this movie like blew my mind away at how good it was! i really didnt think it was going to be this amazing. i really really wanted to see it because jack black and kate i thought they would have a very different but good chemistry! and omg jud law and cameron were like adorable. such a great movie i give it every star available!

April 17, 2007This movie was terrible! I thought it was a comdy but i did not laugh once. I ended up leaving my mum to watch it and went to watch white noise. In the bit of the movie i did see it was crap.

March 30, 2007I loved this movie.My only problem was Cameron Diaz acting in the beggning of the movie was not that good, espcailly compared to Kate winslet her performance was good throughout the entire movie.But mid-way through Cameron is better.I don't want to give away the movie but if you have seen it you know what im talking about.With Jude and Cameron and when there all in the tent.That was the best part of the entire movie.I didn't like Jude Law before this but now I'm a fan.This is a good chick flick but men might find this movie un-watchable.
