I didn't like it the first time but thoroughly enjoyed it during a second viewing. I think it's just because I like Nicole Kidman. It wasn't great but it wasn't crap either. It's just an average sci-fi action film with a better cast and better performances than usual.

Invasion is the weakest rendition of the 1956 Sci-Fi/Horror The Invasion Of The Body Snatchers but it manages to bring some new elements to the film to separate itself from the other previous remakes but the problem is that this version isn't as creepy or scary as the others.The only one that stands out as expected is Nicole Kidman with her good performance not enough to make this film a memorable one.

I saw it yesterday and call me names for all I care but I really loved it! It's a good thing I'd decided to watch it regardless of all the bad things critics said.

This movie sucked i hate sci fi i thought this might be good because it is 2007 and the grafics are better but there is no CG and this movie is sooooo boring it will not be in theather long don't waste your hard earned money on this sucky flop of a movie nicole kidman is not and action sci fi actress i don't know why she took the part bad move nicole use your brain u in sci fi come on are u that desprate for work?? come on spare us please!!

Ex-Couple wars:

Its kind of funny how Tom Cruise remade the 50s sci-fi flick War of the Worlds, as a big loud sci-fi invasion flick with explosions.

And then Nicole Kidman comes along and remakes the other 50s sci-fi flick Invasion of the Body Snatchers and comes at it with less explosions and a little subtlety.

Yet both movies are kind of lame.

I hated every version of Invasion of the Body Snatchers - I have no interest in seeing this movie - they couldn't find any other Sci-Fi inspiration? How about the "Forever Wae" by Joe Haldeman?

Looks good, great actors, the storyline sounds a bit corny but with these actors in the mix it's bound to be more than a cut above average, we'll see
