I used to love this film as a child and I still sing the songs. Baloo, King Louis... well, all of the characters are all so lovable, except the tiger of course. A very enjoyable family film
Ah, "The Jungle Book". Such a classic tale. I love this film and always will. Kids films are always hard to really critique since everyone tends to let some things slide. I'm glad the remastered version is out because on the original, the sound was horrible. That's about the only bad thing I have to say about it. If you haven't seen it, you should. It doesn't disappoint.

There are plenty of cool offers to choose from such as Blockbuster online, Stamp.com, Netflix, Gamefly which are services you would regularly sign up for anyways and their all secure networks, why not use them to get a free PS3 System or cash (I did the Stamps.com for a 30 day free trial and it never cost me a penny and I received credit for it the same day). Look at the offers and choose the one that works for you. After signing up and completing your one offer, simply refer 8-13 people (depending on the FREE prize you choose) to do the same under your link (just post the same thing as I have on eBay, and you'll get your referrals before the auction even ends.)

A cutie Disney cartoon about a bear and his boy buddy. Baloo is a southern talking bear who has a human cub friend. Various other anmials appear. The character of Baloo and some of the others would go on to be part of the series, Tailspin, in the 1980s, with no explanation.
A true joy this film loved it as a kid and still do songs and characters! As usual Disney know how to make a villain with the potital to be scary but hold back from that edge. I might add I wish they would cross one day!!
some great childhood memories with this film. a great children's adventure story with some of Disney's catchiest music. looking back, it's cool to see not only some of the voice talent (the incomparable Phil Harris, the swing king Louis Prima, and Mr. Sanders himself Sterling Holloway), but also to play the "find all the examples of racism in Disney movies" game.
I didn't really watch this movie a lot when I was younger, but when I did watch it, I enjoyed it. I was certainly not one of my favorite movies, but I did not hate it. It was average, in summary.
By far, Disney's best animated movie. "The Bare Necessities" still remains as one of the best original songs from a movie. All of the characters are great. The only thing that I didn't like about the movie was the ending.
Probably one of Disney's finest with unforgettable characters and enduring songs. But what is with this current trend for the studio to start churning out sub-standard sequels to their undisputed classics, that only succeed in cheapening the original?
I immediately fell in love with this movie as a kid, like most do. Its lighthearted and has characters that you are sure to remember for ages to come. Fantastic.
OH god, I love this movie. This movie is adorable, and really potrays jungle life. You guys have to see this movie. A Classic Disney Movie. It's really funny.
ummm.... very different from the book, accents are soo, American the way they pronounce the indian names are hilarious, kipling rolled in his grave when it first played. liked the music, baloo was my all- time favorite. did Not like the second one tho...
A terrific Disney classic about a group of jungle animals trying to convince a young boy named Mogli to leave them and live up to his full potential as a human in the real world. A touching story.
