Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock put together in a romantic movie?a must see...the movie really made me cry,though some plots were closed to impossible anyway its a movie..True love can only be achieved through the test of time...its worth the waiting than nothing at all.lol

I was at first intrigued b/c it was another movie w/ Reeves and Bullock (remember the movie "speed" anyone?) but then i found out that it was more of a romance film, and i must say Reeves and Bullock's chemistry was better in they're first film together... but anyway-plot is great, kinda boring after watching it too many times but great the first few

Movies like this are made to torture men. Watching and listening to Keanu trying to express emotion and speak for an hour and a half is enough to put anybody on suicide watch. This story never quite fits and by the end you don't care if it does.

Great movie, but I just didn't like the fact she kept leaving her ex-boyF many times just to look go look for the other guy. Why didn't she end her relatioship with the previous guy instead? She kept of playing with his feelings which isn't nice to do.

It is weird how they became lovers in some ways but the main story line or point behind it would be that by waiting love comes to you?, or that TRUE love is hard to gain but if you wait it'll come.... Or it could mean - A person who loves you will wait as long as it takes. It can be taken a few ways.. It was a sad and brilliant movie. I did cry alittle too. The ending is wonderful =).

Absolutely the shittest movie i have ever seen! it doesnt make any sense. a mail box that can send things through time? wat the hell? and what happened to the dog at the end? he like ran off and we never saw him again

Who couldn't love such a great movie? This is definitely one of the best love story movies that I've ever seen. It's like a perfect combination of the movies You've Got Mail and Kate and Leopold.
Keanu and Sandra just played beautifully in this movie and the movie is set up beautifully too. I can't see another romance movie beating this movie for a long time.posted 561 days ago -

I wish I could say that the lake house is better than the original, but I can't. It just doesn't live up to IL Mare at ALL. IL Mare was a beautifully directed movie and this one just wasn't. Also the actors in this one just don't work as well with each other like the originals did. Also, they CHANGED the story line dramatically, to the point where you can BAREELY tell that this was based off IL Mare and don't just have a similar plot...

I am big fan of keanu and sandra, I love them in speed and I am so happu they back together and they so hot together, they made for each other.So happy they did the lake house I love this movie, I love keanu and sandy, I hope they do more movies together again XOXOXOXOXOXOX

i reccommend this movie, an awesome love story, different plot for a change. Good actors etc, a movie that you have to watch though however.....
