The story of 30-somethings who are learning to grow up and mature, especially in the complicated world of love. Well casted actors. An original concept and a great drama.

Great movie showing how complicated relationships can be... great acting... I think a lot of people can relate to these characters and maybe they can learn how the other person may react to their actions.

Well, it's been a pretty good movie by the way... A movie telling us how human can sometimes do mistakes... How they sometimes can be selfish about love, how sometimes human can deeply hurt the feelings of somebody they love but they don't care about it, they just think that 'at least I'm happy'... The cast were did a brilliant job, they did this movie like it's happening to their real life... And the multi character thing did pretty well, even in the beginning it really confuses me but then it just flows and it felt great... A great lesson, knowing that a movie didn't must entertain or make us amazed but this movie teach us something, and it's great I think... The music was helping too, it was nice... But the ending gave a big question, how's the next life of the main character? Maybe some people didn't like that but remember that life doesn't always end in a happy ending...

Now I'm not gay...But Zach Braff is a man who i bum. His role in scrubs made me follow his work and after his follow up film to the brilliant garden state i had to see this film! I wasnt dissapointed...targeted at a 30 year old audience i was inspired by the struggle that is to come and it effected me in some ways. Zach Braff seems to be typecast into the struggling 30 year old role he plays in scrubs...but with a role he plays so well why ruin it?

This film was written by Paul Haggis, the same guy who wrote the 2006 Oscar winning best picture Crash. This is quite a unique and intelligent look at relationships in comparison to most Hollywood films, as this film does truly seem much more human than most. A decent film, worth a watch.

Honestly can't say why I watched this....it's another romantic comedy basically, but more on the serious romantic drama side. Not a bad flick, I just don't get into these kinds of movies.

Not wholly awful, but kind of close. I was just bored. It's kind of like watching real life on the big screen. No great story, no real analysis or unique portrayal of events. It's more of a just "This is life. It isn't beautiful, but you deal with what you've got."

A very detailed movie about relationships. All the actors done a great job and while (atleast for me) the things that happen sometimes are hard to watch it breaks down and portrays relationships with a scary close accuracy.

It was very good, life-like, and more then worth watching.

I cant really comment on things which never happen to me.

The last kiss revolves around adult romances and it's upside down..
The plot was quiet heavy, dragging, and the end result gives me (atleast) a comprehand of relationship, in the future age.. pretty scarry, eh?

Perfomance: everyone was alright, i like Jacinda Barett here.. Rachel bilson manage to give some sexy scene.. hey hey not sex scene ok! lol..
Zach braff, he is alright.. his character was weak by it self..

overall, a movie which you watch and end up getting a good look or bad look of a relationships. (i get the average looks)

    6/10.

thought this was good, in the begining I thought it was another one of those stupid comedies that went nowhere, but as the movie progressed it turned into a pretty good drama

As painful as this movie is to watch for anybody who's been in a serious relationship, the fact is that it REALLY delivers all of the confusion, emotions, and situations concerning the complexity of love almost perfectly. There are a couple of sideplots that I could have done without, but holy cow is this a well made film.

Why not? I'll up this movie to 4.5 stars. After watching it again, I realized how much this movie works on so many levels. All of the performances are excellent, the dialogue is smart, and the events and emotions are so authentic. Hey, "Say Anything" and "Garden State" fans...look over here, this one's good too!

This was one of those movies where you could see what was going to happen right from the start, it was pretty obvious and predictable, which is why it loses points. Zach was great in Garden State but I think he lacked depth in this movie. Still, story was pretty good, and Rachel looked great, and to be honest, I think that if I were in Zach's characters position, I would have left the relationship as soon as she started being a control freak, then not have to feel guilty about fucking Rachel Bilson.

Here's the thing: I really like all of the actors in this movie so maybe my expectations were too high. However, I found this movie to portray relationships as hopeless and inevitably doomed. I found this movie to be quite pessimistic and downright depressing in regards to relationships. I would suggest skipping the movie and just buying the soundtrack, which is almost, if not as good as the soundtrack for Garden State.

"Stop talking about love. Every asshole in the world says he loves somebody. It means nothing. It still doesn't mean anything. What you feel only matters to you. It's what you do to the people you say you love, that's what matters. It's the only thing that counts"

This quote was uttered by Tom Wilkinson and has stuck with me after hearing it. Based on the Italian film L'Ultimo Bacio, The Last Kiss takes a look at the ups and downs of contemporary relationships.

The focus of the story is on Zach Braff's Michael, who panics and takes up with college student Rachel Bilson when girlfriend Jacinda Barrett reveals she's pregnant. But we also follow several other couples connected only by the people they know.

Affleck is stuck in a marriage that's become loveless since the stress of parenthood has taken hold, Eric Christian Olsen is enjoying the company of a different girl every night, while Michael Weston breaks down after his first love who's had enough and Danner contemplates how different her life might have been had she pursued an affair she nearly had.

The acting was quite average. I wanted more from the ending. It's a good movie if you're in the right mood!

Too slow, an awesome soundtrack bu very often badly used, cast is well good and the story is goodly constructed. Too bad the direction was so normal.

See??? Men are weak, insecure, fearful... They commit stupid decisions when they are afraid and confused about their lives and future... TYPICAL!

Exhausting to watch. Not funny at all, even though that was promised.
Well, maybe I am too young for it.

Very enjoyable chick flick. Though it's kinda a bit predictable, I loved it. Great cast as well. The acting was spot on from both Zach Braff and the beautiful Jacinda Barrett. Rachel Bilson wasn't too bad either and she's hot if anything.

Must watch the original Italian one now.
