This wasn't as good as the original, but I don't think anything can be. That was a classic. It was awesome. Don't get me wrong, this was a good movie, it just didn't match the original.

Lion King was good, Lion King 1 1/2 was entertaining, but 2 was a waste of time. I didn't even like it when I was like 5 years old.
Disney needs to stop spoiling good movies, and keep the classic movies without sequels. -

certainly not Disney's worst sequel, but it definitely lacks the charm and awe of the first one. the villain was much less interesting as well. a story that basically translates to two obnoxious romeo and juliet types trying to unite their feuding families through their love. overdone and unimpressive.

This is a good movie for all to see because it shows honor, deceipt, and knowledge. It's a must see for adults as well as kids.

Stylish Sequel to the Original Big hit with alot of new songs and the journey continues with Simbas Headstrong daughter Kiara,all of the original characters return for the sequel that went direct to Disney Video and now DVD.
This time its Kiara who falls in love with a lion from the wrong side of pride rock called Kovu. this movie is a deffinate must see. -

I'll watch any film once but I'm too scared to watch this. I loved the original, It's one of the best films ever and THE best animated. There's no way this can live up to it.

Kiara's so cuuuuuute!! ^_^ Especially when she was still a newborn.. :P and it's kindda interesting how she's solemn at first (in the beginning of the movie when they were doing the whole anointing-like thing).. but than has like.. this big grin and stuff.. quite different then when Simba was going through that.. lol.. he was so solemn.. the whole time through :P

I think its better than the first.
but I still loove the first one.
and I loove the opening song in the movie.
