Colin Tennant (also known as Lord Glenconner) was a minor member of British aristocracy who in the mid-'50s used his wealth to buy the island of Mustique in the Caribbean. Over the next 20 years, Tennant transformed the beautiful, rustic island into an exclusive resort community whose clientele included David Bowie and Mick Jagger.
