September 28, 2009The Matrix Reloaded tries to build on the first movie in the series with more of everything. More action, more story, and more special effects. It essentially overloads the viewer with so much of everything so often that it's hard to absorb all the things that are going.

August 27, 2009Now that the Questions 'Is Neo the one? and 'What the hell is the Matrix' have been answered, The Matrix story has lost its edge slightly. A disappointing follow up but still very entertaining.

January 3, 2009Took a while to warm up, but once it did there were some impressive fight scenes (maybe a few too many, perhaps a little overkill). Some great graphics, special effects and stunts, a few boring parts, but mostly enjoyable.

November 11, 2009I think they put everything they had into the first film and any follow-up or trilogy structure was doomed. They weren't bad films, but they didn't have the charge or the sublime brilliance the original Matrix provided with a teasing, even pace.

May 6, 2007i love all of the matrix movies i love the talk about the possibility of another world running ours and sometimes full believe there is a part of this movie that is true. if i could wake from this world to find a world beyond myself i would want to and if keanu was the one God in that world it really would be heaven!
